In simple terms, the aim behind derelictproperty.net is to help you find listed property investment opportunities in the UK as quickly and easily as possible.

Premium subscribers will be able to save their custom searches, and even have the option to set up instant email notifications when new properties are listed that meet their specific criteria.

Meet the team

Currently the "team" behind derelictproperty.net consists of myself, Chris Sparshott.

I specialise in website design and development, which is basically finding and solving problems on a daily basis. With derelict properties and renovation property investment, I discovered a pain point that I'm hoping to solve.

Currently, it feels like an impossible task to find derelict and renovation property listings when they are scattered across multiple different real estate websites that don't make it easy to filter and search for properties meeting such criteria. I want to change that.

The UK has a huge issue with empty homes and derelict property, so I'm looking to do what I can to help solve this social and economical problem.

Future plans

I like to build things with an agile mindset, this means that features and functionality will be developed and released regularly, and to no strict timetable.
