We scour the internet so you don't have to, finding derelict properties, renovation properties, old barns, farmhouses, windmills, decommissioned churches, etc.
These properties are then listed on our website, with easy-to-use search and filtering functionality that helps you find property investment opportunities quicker and easier.
Why did you build derelictproperty.net?
Over the last few years, I've owned other websites in the property investment market and I could see how difficult it was to find properties that need that bit of love and attention to bring them back to their former glory.
There are 1000's of abandoned and derelict properties across the UK, and I wanted to bring these opportunities to the forefront, making it both quicker and easier for investors to find these properties.
How does derelictproperty.net make money?
This website is very much in its infancy, and should be considered beta at best.
Saying that, I believe this website still provides an immense value and benefit to those looking for their next property renovation.
